Have You Got The Right People On Your Side?

Get your violins out….. I’ve been really poorly this week.

I can’t remember the last time this happened, where I was too poorly to come into work.

I was sick, headachey, sweaty, hot, cold, sick again.

It was then that I realised how very LUCKY I am to have the right team around me.

You see, three weeks ago, Claire Payne joined the business as my new Marketing Director, and she’s been like a duck to water; pulling together Marketing Plans, running training sessions, and coming up with fantastic new ideas – most of which we are running with.

It’s been sooooo refreshing that I have been able to hand things over to Claire – and whilst I have been poorly, she has swooped in and taken over.

I said to Mr V, “what if I didn’t have Claire… what would I have done?”

To which he replied, “But you have got Claire, so stop worrying.”

We all need the right team on side.

I don’t know where I would be without my immediate team – Claire, Jade and Rachel (I suppose I should add Mr V in that list as well!), plus of course my Accountant, IT support, my Networking Friends, Web Support, HR support – and the list goes on.

HAVE YOU GOT THE RIGHT PEOPLE ON YOUR SIDE?

What are the key skills that you need to DRIVE your business forward, and who do you need on your side to support you to deliver them?

Worth a think….

Victoria ????

p.s. A BIG THANK YOU for letting us be part of your team!
