On the evening of Thursday 13th  September 2018, All Star Marketing Club and East Horton Golf Club played host to over 100 business professionals from a variety of Hampshire Small Businesses, for the first ever All Star Small Business Awards. Launched by All Star Marketing Club in early 2018, The All Star Small Business Awards were established to give Hampshire Small Businesses a platform to be judged and receive recognition for their outstanding contribution to the Hampshire Small Business Community. The awards are made up of 10 professional business award categories: Innovation Excellence, Team Member of the Year, Best Customer Experience, Influential Business Owner, Best Marketing Campaign, Collaboration of the Year, Best New Business, Best Established Business, Influential Business Owner, All Star Member of the Year and the All Star Choice Award. On 13th September 2018, 100 individuals came together to celebrate the successes of the Hampshire Small Business community, and in particular the 31 finalists from our first ever awards ceremony. We were also proud to be giving all proceeds to our chosen charity, Breast Cancer Haven. I am going to tell you who they winners were shortly, but not before I tell you this…. WOW…. THERE ARE SOME INCREDIBLE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. (and I’m sure you already know that!) After what seems like a very long Summer, I am so pleased that we are finally getting back to normal. The boys went back to school this week. I do love to people watch, and the playground is great for that. There’s mums and dads that are: Dropping off before work In their Activewear, perhaps off to the gym or for a run In a rush to drop off so they can get their pre-schooler off to nursery too There’s also grandparents, childminders, breakfast club helpers… and the list goes on.
